How To Connect With FedEx

 

  1. First, establish a FedEx Developer account starting here: https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-us/home.html

  2. Within the developer account, request Production access, and record the Production API Key and API Secret Key that is generated for you.

  3. Visit the FedEx Settings screen under Settings -> FedEx Settings:

  1. Enter the following settings and Save Changes:

  • FedEx API Key - Live = The API Key from FedEx

  • FedEx API Secret Key - Live = The API SecretKey from FedEx

  • FedEx Account Number - Live = Your FedEx Account Number

  • FedEx Environment = Select Live

    Note: If desired you can use FedEx's Sandbox environment instead, with FedEx's Developer API keys, but the tracking information will not be useful.
