Inventory Tracking
SCP now offers a full suite of tools to track how many of each product you have, where your products are, and when you're running low. It includes full integration with the ecommerce functions of the SCP. You can track inventory levels by product, product variant, product and location, and even product variant and location.   • Track inventory levels by product, product variant, product and location, and product variant and location.
  • Each item can be configured separately for maximum flexibility.
  • Fully integrated with the customer-side ecommerce functions. For example, if you are tracking a product you can tell the system to prevent customers from purchasing it if it is out of stock.
  • Fully integrated with employee-side actions. For example, you can warn employees if they are adding an item to an order that is out of stock, or prevent them from doing it outright.
  • Low stock notifications can be set up for each item when it reaches an inventory level you define, sent to whoever needs to know.
  • Internal transfers are fully supported - items may be added to a transfer, and the levels will automatically adjust when the transfer is shipped from one location and received at another. This includes when UPS or FedEx reports that the shipment was delivered.
  • All inventory level changes are logged for later auditing or troubleshooting.
  • A dashboard screen for each product helps you keep track of it all.
Payment Processing
SCP integrates with two popular payment processors, Authorize.net and PayPal, to collect payments as customers place orders. In addition, employees can easily capture prior authorizations, void transactions, and trigger refunds. Infrastructure Improvements
We've been making steady improvements to the hosting environment!
  • Blue/green code change deployments: new servers are swapped out and swapped in each time code is deployed, making for an even smoother transition when changes are deployed. Users continue to notice no downtime during deployments.
  • Database network performance improvements. We have upgraded the database servers, which includes improved network connectivity with the application.
  • Application memory and processing improvements. We have tweaked the way server-side templates are managed, and this should result in a significant improvement in stability and page load times.
