SoftSlate Cloud Platform Improvements, 8/14/23
Notification Feature
When stuff happens, you want to know about it. The system supports a variety of email notifications including:
- Order Status Change Notifications
- Report Notifications
- Drop Shipper Notifications
In addition:
- Each type of notification has a configurable template which employees can adjust in the administrator.
- Each template can have one or more attachments attached to it, including static files, or dynamically generated files.
- Every email generated in the system can be viewed under the "Email Messages" area of the administrator, for reference and troubleshooting.
- Emails for order notifications appear in the "Notifications" section of the customer service screen.

USPS Shipping Rates
